° LA – Day 6 °

a little preview from my first photo session while in LA. This session was just the way I like it – parents drop off the kids and dissapear for a while. And as a result you get kids that are not being shy and that think they can do whatever they want, because Mama is not watching :p And of course this results in super fun pictures! Here are my favorites:

° LA – Day 5 °

We met up with Marianna and Nathan again to go to Malibu Beach.

Aidan was in his element! Or was he? He hates getting his hair washed and I have to drag him into the shower. But he sure loved the ocean! There he was at Malibu Beach, showing off his sick puppies to the ladies

playing in the sand

and being splashed by waves with Andrea and Pearl

Aeris wanted nothing to do with Sand or Water. She and Nathan got along very well on the picnic blanket, both staying very clean. I ended up just putting her into the sand and staretd to pour sand on her legs.

Uhm, excuse me, but I have sand on my toes!

From Malibu we went to Venice, where I got a couple shots of Nathan

And the day ended with the sun setting behind us. It was beautiful! Again, no sand for Nathan, but Aeris finally started to have fun!

° LA – Day 4 °

Day 4 in LA and the hottest day I ever experienced in my whole life. The wind was so hot and it was exhausting to even breathe the air. This is what the car thermometer told us (and it’s not broken, I kid you not lol).

That’s almost 45 degrees Celsius. But all I know is that it was freaking HOT! It was nuts. All I thought was

So we did the two best things you can do on such a hot day: I got my first Pinkberry experience! Pinkberry, oh sweet, delicious frozen yogurt desert… you are my Crackberry! Come inside my belly! I love you so much! I could live of this stuff for the rest of my life. And the large portion only has 250 cal. Topped off with fresh fruits, like pineapples, strawberries or mango. And then add some coconut or fruity pebbles… it’s the only way! I have to try to open my own pinkberry store here in Colorado haha

After that we went for our second refreshment. And for the kids it turned into the best day ever! We got to meet the voice of Sponge Bob, his wife Jill and their two kids. We went for a swim in their pool and then had dinner together. Tom was great, he did his voices for the kids and they loved him. Now that we are back home the kids still talk about him a lot and pick Sponge Bob on TV every day (they can only watch one show a day, that’s my brand new rule and it’s working really well). Of course I like Tom not only because of Sponge Bob, but also because he is doing some voices in Final Fantasy X HAHA I’m still a gamer at heart and I played FFX for way too many weeks.

HAHA, I could not help myself LOL
